Following the Provincial Government of Ontario’s announcement on April 3rd, 2020 to further reduce the list of essential business, we confirm that starting April 5th, 2020 our retail stores will be closed. However we are still offering curbside pickup at our distribution yard or contact-free delivery following an online order on deckstoreonline.ca.
We are adapting our retail operations to continue supplying the essential products that our customers need through our online store. Our top priority remains the health and safety of our team and our customers. Listed below are the measures we are taking in response to the current situation:
Curbside pickup at our distribution centre
All retail locations are all closed for the safety of our team and customers. Curbside pickup following an online or telephone order at our distribution centre at 465 Wyecroft Road, Oakville. Our team has a clear understanding of the importance of hand-washing, social distancing, and social isolation. Our distribution centre team is required to wash their hands at least once an hour and must wear gloves when attending to customers.
Social Distancing
In accordance with public health recommendations, we are requiring our customers and employees to maintain a 2-metre distance. Furthermore, we are limiting the number of customers at curbside pickup by implementing prearranged time-slot pickups.
Contact-Free Delivery
Following an online or telephone order, we offer a contact-free home delivery. The need for customer signatures has temporarily been suspended, and alternative protocols have been put into place. Our delivery team is also required to wear gloves and masks to help maintain the safety our team and our customers.
Returns are Temporarily Suspended
All returns have been temporarily suspended until further notice for the safety of everyone.
Our team will continue to work remotely 7 days a week and will continue to respond to emails and are available via telephone.
